This position works out of our Desert Mountain Warehouse Location in Casa Grande, Arizona. What You’ll Work On

• Ensure that assigned areas are properly cleaned using approved cleaning and sanitizing processes.
• Clean and sanitize the warehouse according to job standards.
• Operate specialized equipment such as floor scrubbers, scissor lifts, etc. to perform functions of job.
• Prevent cross contamination of product, work-in-progress, food contact surfaces and food contact packaging during sanitation procedures.
• Follow all company Sanitation SOPs for cleaning the facility.
• Removal of trash/garbage for the facility; mopping as needed, cleaning of floor drains and any exterior areas requiring attention.
• Complete all required sanitation and work order documentation.
• Maintain all sanitation related equipment including but not limited to automatic floor scrubbers, vacuums, instructions., cleaning equipment and tools.
• May be asked to work in other areas as needed, if trained.
• Apply high quality scientific techniques in the microbiological environmental monitoring of the facility.
• Be able to work with fellow specialists, with a high degree of motivation, attention to important details with clear communication to all team members. This is important due to the high degree of responsibility and working within a small group where each person is relied upon highly
• Prioritize tasks to efficiently be completed with the most accurate results, and to communicate clearly and work together in a team environment
• Documentation, Project work, Troubleshooting
• Communication, Teamwork.

You’ll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.

Pay and Shift

• The hourly rate for this position is $21/hour . The shift and hours : This is an 8-hour Day shift position from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience
• Science related associate's degree with at least 1 year of appropriate college lab studies and 1 year of college mathematics plus 1 year of related laboratory experience or 2 years’ experience in a food or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
• Science related bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of appropriate college lab studies and 1 year of college mathematics

The base pay for this position is
