What You'll Do as a Shift Lead:

As a Shift Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations during your shift. You’ll be the go-to person for your team, helping to create a positive and productive work environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising daily shift operations to ensure high-quality service and efficiency.
- Supporting and motivating team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Assisting with inventory management and ensuring proper food safety practices.
- Handling customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and care.
- Ensuring the restaurant maintains its welcoming and clean atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re searching for a team player with leadership skills and a love for great barbecue. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role:
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to think on your feet and solve problems effectively.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- A positive attitude and the ability to inspire others.
