Data Analyst

Overview Kearney & Company is seeking a Data Analyst to join our team supporting one of the Federal government’s largest agencies. Responsibilities Perform data analytics, robotics, and machine learning procedures. Apply training in data analytics, robotics, and machine learning. Learn new programming languages quickly. Demonstrate awareness and knowledge of Federal Government’s financial and management responsibilities. Assist in drafting and preparing project deliverables. Work in a team environment and communicate effectively with clients and team members. Balance multiple projects concurrently. Utilize technology to share knowledge, develop skills, and continually learn. Demonstrate professionalism and competence in the client’s environment. Show strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills. Demonstrate strong digital dexterity: bring independence and agility to effectively use existing or emerging technology for better business solutions. Travel opportunities (depending on client-to-client). Qualifications Required: BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field. 2 years of Python development experience. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to work in-person 2 days per week in the Alexandria, VA area. Active Interim U.S. Secret security clearance (requires U.S. citizenship). Ability to travel at least 25% of the time. Preferred: Proficient skills in MS Excel. Experience with SharePoint, Oracle, ACL Analytics, PowerBI, and/or Access databases. Compensation & Benefits Expected salary range for this position is $69,000 to $105,000. This range represents base pay only and does not include overtime pay, company contributions to benefits, or bonuses. The position is eligible for bonuses when applicable.
