Employment Type Casual employee (per diem, hourly clinician role) Schedule & Hours 8–16 patient‑care hours per week. Weekly schedule includes hours at several clinics in Chicago (Deerfield, Oak Brook, Skokie). Location Seeing patients across multiple suburb clinics in Chicago, IL. Responsibilities See patients with a broad array of needs; conduct acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel‑building role). Treat patients in‑office and occasionally conduct tele‑health visits. Collaborate with in‑office teammates through daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams. Utilize specific clinical training and perform in‑office procedures. Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states. Qualifications At least 2 years of primary‑care experience. Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in Illinois. Board certification in Family Medicine or Med‑Peds. Ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively 1‑on‑1 and in groups.
