Typically serves in an organization where specialists are not fully deployed. Responsibilities may include a multitude of activities. May screen resumes and applications and may interview applicants. May counsel employees concerning work-related problems, providing feedback to management when necessary. Conducts research and analyzes data on assigned projects. May assist with performance management, personnel policies and procedures. \n \n What You’ll Do \n \n Support onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and time-off processes for team members. \n Maintain and distribute team member information, policies, and procedures. \n Assist with HRIS data management and reporting (Workday preferred). \n Serve as a first point of contact for team member inquiries and concerns. \n Participate in confidential communications, investigations, and documentation. \n Help deploy engagement surveys and support action planning. \n Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and development plans. \n Developing and collaborating with Leadership company led initiatives such as retention, turnover reduction, change management \n Drive HR analytics to improve business initiatives like turnover, workforce management/planning, etc. \n Collaborate in Lean practices and knowledgeable in Lean methodologies \n Ensure adherence to federal and state employment laws. \n Build trust quickly with business partners and front-line team members. \n \n \n What You Bring \n \n Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field \n 2+ years of HR experience, preferably supporting front-line team members \n Strong verbal and written communication skills \n Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously \n Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Workday experience a plus \n Spanish language skills a plus \n Travel 1–2 times per quarter or as needed \n \n \n Competencies We Value \n \n Manages Complexity: You handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs. \n Collaborates: You build partnerships and work collaboratively to meet shared goals. \n Communicates Effectively: You deliver clear, concise, and thoughtful communications. \n Instills Trust: You earn confidence through honesty, integrity, and authenticity. \n Action Oriented: You take on new challenges with urgency and enthusiasm. \n Situational Adaptability: You adjust your approach to match shifting demands. \n Customer Focus: You build strong relationships and deliver people-centered solutions. \n Plans and Aligns: You set objectives and break down tasks to achieve goals efficiently. \n Nimble Learning: You actively learn through experimentation and feedback. \n Resourcefulness: You find ways to overcome obstacles and deliver results. \n Location Type: On-Site Pay Range: USD $53,000.00 - USD $71,000.00 /Yr.
