Job Overview

We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee day‑to‑day administrative and operational functions, reporting directly to the CEO. The COO will execute strategy efficiently, drive operational scalability, and maintain a high‑performance culture across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership & Management : Oversee daily operations across critical departments (Operations, HR, IT, etc.).
• Process Optimization : Design, implement, and continuously monitor standardized procedures and workflows to maximize efficiency.
• Risk Management : Identify, evaluate, and mitigate operational risks to ensure compliance and business continuity.
• Strategic Planning & Execution : Translate the CEO’s long‑term vision into actionable operational plans and departmental targets.
• Performance Monitoring : Establish, track, and analyze KPIs, reporting insights to the CEO and recommending corrective actions.
• Growth & Scalability : Lead initiatives to build infrastructure, technology, and structure that support sustainable growth.
• Budget Oversight : Collaborate with the CFO on operating budget management, controlling expenses, and improving cost efficiency.
• Resource Allocation : Allocate personnel, technology, and capital to support strategic projects and operations.
• Leadership Mentorship : Mentor department heads and senior leaders, fostering accountability and professional development.
• Culture Champion : Promote core values to drive employee engagement and retention.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Proven track record in scaling operations, driving efficiency, and managing cross‑departmental functions.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
• Strong strategic planning and execution abilities.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Certifications such as Executive Leadership, Strategic Management, or Process Improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) are highly beneficial.
