The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, seeking new business opportunities, and the development of new revenue sources. This role also involves fiscal management, supervision of staff, legislative involvement, fundraising, and public relations/marketing. The CEO will be the primary liaison with local, state, and national entities and will be expected to travel as required. Essential job functions include formulating and presenting budgets, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring that programs and services meet best practice and regulatory standards. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and 5 to 10 years' of previous experience directly related to the role. The position requires a high level of complexity, with duties that involve broad policy formulation, long-term program planning, and decision-making that impacts the entire organization.
