Shift Manager

Responsibilities Shift Managers lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate and friendly experience. Responsibilities include: Plan each shift, monitor performance, and ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards for Quality, Service and Cleanliness Monitor safety, security, and profitability Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for the next shift Meet targets during shifts and help Departments achieve their goals Additional duties may include coordinating with crew and other managers, and helping to run a restaurant that delivers great food and service. Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment Positive team player with a flexible schedule who enjoys a fast-paced work environment Minimum age 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned and operated restaurants Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay between $15.25 and $19.75, based on experience and availability.
