Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments through video sessions to evaluate client needs and goals effectively.

• Facilitate counseling sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to specific cases.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments, setting clear goals and measurable outcomes.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document session notes, treatment plans, and progress accurately and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, webinars, and conferences to stay abreast of trends and best practices in counseling.

• Maintain effective communication with clients between sessions, providing support and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborate with a network of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied patient population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and active LPC license in the state of Texas.

• Proven expertise in providing psychotherapy with at least two years of relevant experience preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to build rapport and trust with clients of diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and EHR software for therapy sessions and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care.

• Familiarity with issues affecting the El Paso community and surrounding regions, especially those impacting mental health.

• Prior experience in a remote counseling environment is a plus.
