Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care. They perform the full nursing process, utilizing evidence-based practice and critical thinking to deliver individualized care that respects cultural diversity and patient preferences. Key Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring outcomes align with best practices. Partner with patients and families through effective communication and education. Coordinate and document safe, quality care, promoting teamwork, respect, and inclusivity. Support performance improvement, participate in research, and uphold organizational policies and standards. Serve as a preceptor or mentor, fostering professional development and a healthy work environment. Contribute to protocol development and resource management for optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelor of Nursing (preferred). Valid RN license (single or multi-state compact). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience. Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills. Proficient in technology and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
