Job Tittle: Quality Inspector / Quality Technician
Location: El Paso, TX – Onsite
Contract: Contract-to-Hire / Temp-to-Perm
Duration: 06 +Months

Job Overview

We are looking for Quality Inspectors to support manufacturing operations by performing quality inspections, sampling, in-process checks, documentation, and escalation of quality issues in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform in-process inspections and sampling according to approved procedures and specifications.
Use measurement and inspection equipment to verify product quality.
Maintain accurate and complete documentation following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) .
Follow cGMP, SOPs, Work Instructions, and quality standards .
Identify and document non-conformances, deviations, and quality issues .
Create/escalate NCRs/QNs and provide timely feedback to operations.
Support quality investigations, corrective actions, audits, and audit readiness .
Maintain proper sample handling and traceability.
Follow all safety and company requirements.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
Experience with measurement and inspection equipment
Knowledge of cGMP / GMP requirements
Understanding of SOPs, Work Instructions, and Quality Systems
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to identify and escalate quality issues
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and standing for extended periods
