Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Pay: Per Day
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Dental Front Office team member to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide a welcoming experience for patients while managing front-desk operations efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and provide excellent customer service.
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments.
- Confirm appointments and manage cancellations or rescheduling.
- Check patients in and out accurately.
- Verify insurance information and collect payments.
- Maintain patient records and update personal or medical information.
- Coordinate treatment plans and referrals as needed.
- Communicate with dental staff, laboratories, and insurance providers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Protect patient privacy and follow applicable healthcare regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional, friendly, and compassionate manner.
- Comfortable using computers and appointment-management software.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance procedures is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
