Job Description

As a General Labor Associate, you will play a key role in supporting production by assisting with raw material processing and operating a variety of equipment throughout the facility. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help keep production running efficiently while maintaining quality standards. You’ll work alongside a team to complete tasks across multiple areas, making flexibility and a strong work ethic essential. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools and machinery in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

· Assist with raw material processing and support production operations as assigned
· Operate and work around equipment such as mills, punch presses, slitters, and related machinery
· Monitor product quality and follow standard work instructions to meet specifications
· Identify and separate nonconforming materials while communicating issues to supervisors
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications and Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent
· At least 1 year of manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
· Ability to learn and safely operate various machines and tools in a production setting
· Basic math skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
· Raw Material Processing

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00 excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
