As the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming community environment. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate integrity, professionalism, strong communication skills, and a commitment to exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Monitor and control access to residential communities and properties. Verify and authorize entry and exit of residents, guests, contractors, and visitors. Conduct regular patrols of assigned premises to identify and prevent security concerns. Respond to alarms, disturbances, and security incidents. Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, or unauthorized individuals. Accurately complete daily activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation. Contact emergency services when necessary and assist during emergency situations. Maintain a professional presence while providing excellent customer service to residents and visitors. Enforce community access policies and security procedures. Minimum Qualifications To be considered, candidates must: Be at least 18 years of age. Be a U.S. Citizen. Possess a valid Florida Class D Security License. Have a professional appearance and demeanor. Pass a pre-employment drug screening. Pass a comprehensive background investigation. Have reliable transportation. Own and maintain a reliable smartphone. Possess basic computer proficiency and the ability to operate gatehouse systems. Have strong communication and report-writing skills. Be able to work independently and maintain attention to detail. Preferred Skills Previous security, military, law enforcement, customer service, or gatehouse experience. Experience using computer-based visitor management and access control systems. Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. Strong problem-solving and observational skills.
