Talent Acquisition Specialist – 6-Month Contract Opportunity | Metro Detroit | $60,000–$70,000

Reliance One is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6-month contract opportunity supporting engineering, professional, and plant-level recruiting efforts throughout Metro Detroit. This Talent Acquisition Specialist role is ideal for a recruiting professional with experience sourcing and hiring technical talent in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist , you will manage full-cycle recruiting activities, partner with hiring teams, support onboarding processes, and help attract top talent for critical engineering and plant positions.

• 6-month contract opportunity

• Location: Metro Detroit

• Salary: $60,000–$70,000 annually

Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering, professional, and plant-level positions

• Source, screen, and identify qualified candidates to meet hiring needs

• Create and maintain job postings across recruiting platforms

• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies

• Coordinate and support interview processes, including scheduling and candidate communication

• Assist with onboarding activities to ensure a smooth candidate transition

• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity updates

• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Qualifications:

• Recruiting experience supporting engineering and plant-level positions required

• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes

• Strong understanding of technical and manufacturing talent markets

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
