A day in the life As Associate Strategic Client Manager on the Rx Solutions team, you’ll serve as the primary contact for field offices, providing support in post‑sale implementation and ongoing pharmacy management. Your responsibilities include offering strategic and consultative support throughout the sales process, reviewing PBM contracts for compliance, and building strong relationships with the MMA field, strategic partners, and PBMs. You’ll educate the field on new features, improve processes for a better client experience, and assist with renewals and timely reporting. Additionally, you’ll create client communications in collaboration with marketing, mentor other Client Managers, and handle various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and avoid potential issues.
