The Account Executive-Ticket Sales & Service is responsible for customer service, retention and cross selling to/for current Ontario Reign Season Ticket Members and prospective new fans. This individual will develop relationships with Season Ticket Members in order to gain revenue by renewing season tickets, selling new season tickets and cross selling group and mini plan tickets to Inland Empire businesses and families for the Ontario Reign Hockey Club of the American Hockey League (AHL).

Essential Functions:

• Manage the day-to-day tasks of season ticket accounts by renewing and increasing portfolios by providing a service level of the highest standard. Create and maintain high levels of service excellence, both in individual interactions with Reign fans and in joint efforts with fellow Reign Account Executives. Proactively work to increase customer loyalty and renewal percentages to generate additional revenue for the Club.
• Conduct a high volume of daily service calls. Make a minimum number of touch points per Season Ticket account per year, depending upon the profile of each account including arena seat visits. Generate new revenue referrals through up-selling, cross-selling, and uncovering account referrals. Proactively prospect to generate new business relationships.
• Provide prompt, thorough, and courteous responses to all inbound customer communication phone calls, emails, mail, etc. Respond to all Season Ticket Member needs such as customer service issues, ticket exchange and add-on requests, financial billing, and other ticketing and team-related questions.
• Utilize CRM system to track and report progress of relationships with all Season Ticket Members, as well as to ensure client profiles are always up-to-date. Create, manage, and analyze all data from ticket sales surveys to improve department efficiency, retention rates, and customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Perform "game day" responsibilities, including entertaining clients and prospects, as well as working ticket sales booths and tables.

• Quality presentation skills ability to create, analyze, interpret, and present reports and correspondence
• Highly organized, resourceful, detailed-oriented, quick learner with good time management skills
• Ability to professionally communicate and interact with all levels of management and clients
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to learn required business systems
• Ability to professionally handle highly sensitive and confidential information
• Knowledge of Archtics/Ticketmaster or other ticket software preferred
• Flexible hours required: working evenings/nights, weekends and holidays as needed

Qualification Standards:

• BA/BS Degree preferred
• 1-2 years customer service and/or sales experience, prior sports sales experience a plus
• Experience and training in Back Office/KORE or other ticket system preferred
• High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Internet use, and other basic computer usage
• Familiarity with professional sports
• Ability to conduct face to face business meetings
• Motivated to start/continue career in professional sports
• Familiarity with basic tenets of sales and customer service, sports industry specific a plus
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) a plus

Payscale: $20.23/hr + Commission

Bonus: This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
