Human Resource Manager

Human Resources Manager Location: Albuquerque, NM (In Office Position) Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Salary: $65K/year As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, training, compliance, workers compensation, accommodations, benefits, FMLA and basic HR functions including special projects. This role will also ensure compliance with company policies, federal and local state laws. To ensure success in this role, the ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent active listening and communication skills, good personal presentation, politeness and tact, and be able to function in a high-pressure environment. Requirements 18 years of age or older. High School Diploma or GED. Recruiting experience. Employee Relations experience. Ability to advise management. Ability to meet deadlines.
