Remote Field Services Dispatcher for IT Support

Downtown Boulder Partnership

DAS Health is seeking a full-time, remote Field Services Dispatcher in Tampa, FL to join their team. You will coordinate and dispatch technicians for on-site IT support and manage service ticket documentation to ensure optimal operations and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, experience in a technical support role, and strong interpersonal skills. The position offers a remote work option, competitive pay, and various employee benefits.
