Descripcin General Del Puesto
El asociado de productos agrcolas es responsable de aumentar la confianza y la lealtad del cliente brindndoles un servicio corts y rpido, condiciones operativas consistentes y una atmsfera amigable. Responsabilidades y responsabilidades principales:
- Brindar atencin continua a las necesidades del cliente; saludar, ayudar y agradecer a los clientes de manera rpida, corts y amigable.
- Ofrecer sugerencias de productos cuando sea apropiado.
- Almacenar y rotar productos departamentales para garantizar la frescura y el control de fechas; reabastecer y utilizar los suministros de manera eficiente para eliminar el desperdicio y mantener el costo de suministro ms bajo.
- Operar equipos y herramientas del departamento.
- Mantener el rea de trabajo limpia, ordenada y libre de riesgos para la seguridad; informar a la gerencia sobre equipos defectuosos y peligros.
- Notificar a la gerencia sobre robo de miembros del equipo, hurto de clientes, rebajas no autorizadas, deterioro de la propiedad o cualquier accin que sea ilegal y/o contraria a la poltica de la empresa.
- Realizar otras tareas relacionadas con el trabajo que se le asignen.
Calificaciones Mnimas
- Debe tener 18 aos de edad.
- Capacidad para leer, escribir y hablar ingls con fluidez.
- Capacidad para comprender y seguir instrucciones en ingls.
- Autorizacin para trabajar en Estados Unidos o capacidad para obtener la misma.
- Finalizacin de verificacin de antecedentes previas al empleo.
Preferido: alto nivel de integridad y confiabilidad.
