The Rundown AI, Inc. is seeking an experienced Clinical Recruiter in a remote-first environment to support clinical hiring during a period of growth. This project-based engagement focuses on building qualified candidate pipelines. Ideal candidates will have extensive recruiting experience in healthcare, specifically with Nurse Practitioners and/or Physicians. Strong sourcing and screening skills are essential, and familiarity with ATS platforms is preferred.
