Job DescriptionJob Description We are seeking a reliable, hands‑on Working Superintendent to oversee and actively participate in landscaping, snow removal, and general maintenance operations for a medium‑sized company. This role requires a strong leader who is willing to work alongside the team while ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily landscaping and groundskeeping operations Oversee and assist with snow removal during winter months Perform and manage general maintenance tasks across properties Lead, train, and support crew members Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and meets quality standards Monitor equipment usage and report repair or replacement needs Qualifications: Prior experience in landscaping, snow removal, and/or property maintenance required Previous supervisory or leadership experience Ability to operate landscaping and snow removal equipment Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physical labor Dependable, organized, and able to manage a team effectively Valid driver’s license required What We Offer: Competitive pay (based on experience) Stable, year‑round work #J-18808-Ljbffr Energy Jobline ZR
