Accounts Receivable Specialist

We're seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a growing corporate accounting team in Christiana, TN. This onsite, contract-to-hire opportunity offers competitive pay, a collaborative work environment, and the potential for long-term career growth.
Responsibilities
- Process customer billing and invoicing accurately and efficiently
- Apply cash receipts and process customer payments
- Prepare and maintain accounts receivable reports
- Set up new customer accounts and maintain customer records
- Perform credit reviews and assist with account maintenance
- Support the corporate accounting team with daily accounts receivable functions
- Help ensure timely collections and accurate financial records
- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar accounting role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with billing, invoicing, cash application, and payment processing
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
