Payroll Specialist

LHH is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist for our client in Murfreesboro, TN. This role is key in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining strong communication with internal teams. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a fast paced, project driven environment and can balance day to day payroll responsibilities with system related tasks. Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST Location: Murfreesboro, TN (MUST be local) Compensation: $45,000-$50,000, based on experience Key Responsibilities Process payroll with accuracy and attention to detail Review payroll entries for accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and assist in resolving pay issues. Monitor and respond to payroll-related emails, calls, and ticket requests in a timely and professional manner. Manage wage garnishments and support the administration of bonus programs, including referral and performance incentives. Maintain clear and updated payroll documentation Conduct payroll audits, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance Required Experience Experience with ADP or Workday Strong background in payroll processing Familiarity with payroll special calculations #J-18808-Ljbffr
