Job Summary A respected medical malpractice defense law firm in Winter Park, FL is seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Attorney to join its growing litigation team. This role provides exposure to complex civil litigation matters, direct involvement in strategy and case management, and the opportunity to work with a stable, highly regarded legal practice that values high-quality advocacy, attention to detail, and professional growth. Key Responsibilities Manage civil litigation and medical malpractice defense matters from inception through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, legal memoranda, and other case-related documents. Conduct legal research and prepare well-supported written analysis for case strategy. Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, and participate in court proceedings. Communicate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and internal team members regarding case status and strategy. Collaborate with senior attorneys while independently handling assigned case responsibilities. Compensation and Benefits Salary range of $100,000 to $150,000+ annually, depending on experience.
