Automotive Internet Sales Professional

Mark Christopher Auto Center – Ontario, CA

Pay: $50,000 – $150,000 / year (Full-Time)

Mark Christopher Auto Center is seeking motivated, experienced Internet Sales people to join our high-volume team. We carry all four General Motors brands—Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, and Cadillac—along with one of the largest pre-owned and CPO inventories in the Inland Empire. What You’ll Do:

• Lead Management: Promptly respond to phone, email, and live-chat inquiries using proven scripts and CRM templates.

• Customer Engagement: Connect buyers with their ideal new or pre-owned vehicles and assist with vehicle features, financing options, and lease structures.

• Outbound Prospecting: Build and maintain your pipeline through outbound calls, texts, and emails.

• Appointment Setting: Schedule sales visits, follow up on no-shows, and nurture long-term leads.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of automotive Internet sales experience.

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient with CRM systems and digital tools.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to complete a background check/drug screen.
