Pay: $90,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase market share.

Foster a positive and motivating work environment that values employee contributions and teamwork.

Ensure the dealership's adherence to best practices for customer service, sales processes, and compliance.

Monitor inventory levels and oversee pricing strategies to maximize profitability.

Train, mentor, and develop the sales team, promoting continuous improvement and professional growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in automotive sales management, with a strong track record of driving sales success.

Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Knowledge of Ford and/or Kia products preferred but not required.

Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capability.

High ethical standards and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
