Full Stack Developer

Salary: $67,000 - 107,000 per year Requirements:

• 6+ years of professional software development experience, including full-stack web application development across front-end, back-end, databases, APIs, and cloud deployments.
• Strong front-end experience with modern JavaScript frameworks or libraries such as React, Angular, Vue, or Svelte, plus JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive UI development.
• Strong back-end experience with technologies such as .NET Core, Python, Java, Node.js, Django, Flask, Spring Boot, or Express.js.
• Experience designing, building, testing, deploying, and maintaining scalable web applications, APIs, microservices, enterprise integrations, and reusable software components.
• Working knowledge of cloud environments and deployment practices, including version control and CI/CD, and platforms such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub, AWS, or Azure. Azure experience is preferred.
• Expertise with database management systems such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or Databricks, including data modeling, relational database design, and complex queries.
• Working knowledge of web security, application performance, unit and integration testing, authentication, authorization, and data protection.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment, translate business needs into technical solutions, make sound technical decisions, and deliver high-quality software independently and collaboratively.
• Strong product mindset, problem-solving and communication skills, and ability to self-organize in a remote work environment.
• Preferred: Experience with the OutSystems low-code platform, full-stack .NET development, containerized environments such as Kubernetes, or knowledge graph technologies and techniques.
• Preferred: Energy industry experience, particularly with utility management systems, smart meter data systems, SCADA systems, or related operational technology platforms.

• Lead the design, development, deployment, and ongoing improvement of high-performance web applications across front-end and back-end systems.
• Work with business stakeholders and data professionals to scope, design, build, and implement data analytics web applications aligned with customer needs.
• Architect software solutions, establish technical standards, make design decisions, and document applications for long-term maintainability.
• Create user-friendly interfaces and UX designs, and build scalable back-end services, APIs, database integrations, microservices, and cloud-based components.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, maintainable code; develop shared components and libraries; and support future application enhancements.
• Take responsibility for code quality by writing unit and integration tests and validating that applications are functional, reliable, and performant.
• Identify and resolve complex technical challenges with practical, effective solutions.
• Keep current with development trends, tools, frameworks, cloud technologies, and deployment practices, and help improve team standards, infrastructure, and development processes.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, prioritize work, and advance projects independently, including when requirements are not fully defined.
• Incorporate customer and user feedback as solutions are developed and refined.
