Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent

Our team offers exclusive lead sources, proven systems, and on-the-field training so you’re never left to figure it out on your own. You’ll work in a collaborative environment where success is shared, and your effort directly drives your earnings. This is a commission-only position; compensation is based on transactions closed. Responsibilities Manage leads provided by the brokerage and track progress in the CRM system. Conduct property showings, draft offers, and negotiate on clients’ behalf. Take part in hands‑on field training and peer learning sessions. Represent buyers and sellers throughout the entire transaction process. Ensure all activities comply with state licensing rules and brokerage standards. Qualifications Minimum of 1 completed transaction preferred. Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Coachable and open to continuous learning. Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn quickly. Strong organizational abilities and the ability to manage multiple clients.
