Technical Sourcer

Role Description

We are a technical recruitment agency that is looking for a Technical Sourcer to join the cross-functional team to help in hiring for the best Tech international companies in the EU, the USA, and Scandinavia regions. We are looking for a driven individual, autonomous in work with advanced analytical skills to help us hire A-players and deliver a first-class customer experience. You will innovate, drive and deliver hiring solutions effectively and efficiently, seeking out opportunities and improvements across the entire recruitment process in the organization. This is a commission-based only position, offering unlimited earning potential based on your recruitment success. You will receive a commission for each successful hire you make.

• Screen and source qualified applicants and resumes.
• Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks.
• Craft and send recruiting emails.
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search).
• Develop talent pipelines.
• Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks.
• Promote our employer brand online and offline.
• Maintain candidate databases.
• Coordinate the interview process with individuals and panels.
• Gather interview feedback and communicate with applicants during and after the interview process.
• Work with leadership to understand the hiring needs of the organization.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and facilitate candidate lifecycle processes.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of the IT market, technology stacks, and roles (Security Engineers, DevOps, SAP, D365, Data Science, etc.).
• Previous experience in Direct Sourcing and/or volume hiring.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
• Previous experience working in a recruitment agency or consulting company.
• High attention to details.
• Ability to be flexible, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• B2+ English.
• Available to work at least 4 hours per day.
