The Nugget Casino Resort in Sparks, NV is seeking an Assistant Steward Supervisor to lead and inspect the duties of kitchen stewards during assigned shifts. You will communicate issues to the Steward Supervisor and ensure clean, organized work areas. Responsibilities include directing stewards, coordinating banquet setups, maintaining supplies, operating dish and cleaning equipment, and enforcing safety and sanitation policies while upholding Nugget standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
