RN PM Supervisor

Compensation Pay rate: $42.00 per hour (Commensurate with experience) $4500 Sign-On Bonus $2 Differential PM/NOC 10% Weekend Differential Qualifications Must have Registered Nurse RN license in good standing in Illinois. 3-5 years leadership experience in the nursing field. Long term care experience (preferred). BSN (preferred). Must possess excellent customer service, communication and leadership skills. Strong computer skills are essential. Job Description The RN PM Supervisor is a strong leader who serves as a resource for the nursing staff, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to deliver optimal resident care. The RN Supervisor supports nurses in clinical assessments and documentation of services rendered. The Registered Nurse PM Supervisor assists with scheduling and ensures adequate staffing coverage. Acts as family liaison. Duties and Responsibilities Leads the staff and is a resource to them when questions arise. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to deliver optimal resident care.
