Senior Client Services Partner - Location US Designit partners with organizations to rethink how they evolve and grow through experience transformation, technological innovation, and superior design. As a Senior Client Services Partner, you’re responsible for finding and shaping new opportunities wherever they exist, expanding key accounts, and converting net-new opportunities. What you’ll do Identify unmet needs, emerging priorities, and whitespace within existing accounts Broaden engagement across stakeholders, teams, and business units Shape early-stage opportunities that evolve into new streams of work Build relationships with prospective clients beyond current accounts Identify entry points through insight, relevance, and timing Convert early-stage conversations into qualified opportunities and new business Drive end-to-end deal development – from first conversation through close Build compelling, differentiated solutions in partnership with strategy, design, and delivery teams Navigate pricing, negotiation, and contract conversations with confidence Establish trust with senior client leaders across business, marketing, and technology Show up as a thought partner, not just a vendor Lead with insight, not just capability Map Designit’s capabilities to meaningful client challenges Grow accounts through strategically aligned initiatives Help shape longer‑term client roadmaps beyond immediate needs Bring clarity, direction, and momentum to pursuit teams Collaborate across disciplines to ensure deliverables align with promises Contribute to Designit’s market presence and reputation What you bring 7–10+ years leading complex client relationships within consulting, creative/marketing, design, digital, or experience‑led organizations Experience working across multidisciplinary teams in a matrixed environment Demonstrated ability to navigate complexity while maintaining momentum and clarity Proven talent for originating and closing new business in complex, enterprise environments Excellent communication skills and the ability to present to executive and C-level contacts Strong commercial instincts and understanding of deal structuring, pricing, and winning Confidence working with senior stakeholders in multi‑layered organizations Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure Consistent track record of building lasting, expanded partnerships Strategic thinking translated into executable opportunities Excellent verbal and written communication skills How you work Proactively shape briefs and help define work before it exists Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of turning it into clear direction Prioritize quality of work over deal size Push for clarity, alignment, and momentum internally and with clients Collaborate while bringing a distinct point of view What success looks like Strong, constantly evolving pipeline of new opportunities Measurable growth across your accounts Access and influence with senior client stakeholders Work that reflects the full breadth of Designit’s capabilities Deepening partnerships over time, not one‑off transactions Benefits Hybrid/remote work models Generous benefits package Talented, driven teammates Work grounded in purpose and impact High expectations for impact Designit is committed to ensuring that all candidates have an equal opportunity to be considered for employment.
