Join Our Team as a Locum Tenens Provider

At our organization, we strive to streamline the locum tenens experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Clinic hours: 8 AM - 4 PM, with OR required and 24-hour call (1:6 rotation)
• Manage a patient load of 20 to 25 individuals daily
• Perform 20 to 30 surgical procedures each month
• Conduct rounding as necessary, including weekend call duties
• Perform various procedures including cystoscopy, vasectomy, TURP, ureteroscopy, nephrectomy, and ESWL
• Conduct prostate biopsies, cystectomies, Botox injections, and uroflow/cuff assessments
• A minimum commitment of three months is required

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rates ranging from $220.00 to $275.00
• Weekly payment with negotiated rates based on position demand, experience, and qualifications
