Our staff members are proud to live and work in this area and are committed to providing quality healthcare to our community.Position SummaryPerform carpentry to hospital buildings, furnishings, equipment and fixtures as necessary.QualificationsExperience8-10 years trade related experience.Licensure/QualificationsValid Connecticut drivers license.Duties require a broad knowledge of the carpentry trade or equivalent vocational training equivalent to a high school education.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities RequirementsMaintains, repairs and constructs hospital buildings, structures and furniture built of a wide variety of materials to ensure good appearance and optimal functioning.Construct partitions, hang doors, install lock-sets, install drop ceilings, also sheet-rocking and taping.Read prints, plan lay out and construct according to hospital needs.We take great care of careers.With locations around the state, Hartford HealthCare offers exciting opportunities for career development and growth.
