In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of construction sites while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Project Lifecycle Management: overseeing cost-effectiveness, job set-up, the construction phase, and the project close-out phase. Team Leadership: managing the project team and acting as a customer sponsor as needed. Site Operations: ensuring daily operations run smoothly and meet organizational standards. Supervisory Responsibilities: directly responsible for the project team, training members, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding or disciplining employees, and addressing complaints to resolve problems; ensuring all supervisory actions align with company policies and applicable laws. Qualifications Education/Experience: a fourth-year college/university program certificate, or 2–4 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of both. Technical Skills: proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate level) and proficient in all aspects of the Procore project management system. Communication: ability to read and interpret technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents; effectively present information to top management, public groups, or boards of directors, and respond to inquiries or complaints from customers and regulatory agencies. Analytical Ability: ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form. Physical Demands Regularly use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk, hear, and see. Frequently stand, walk, and sit. Occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
