Position Overview The client is seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Transactional Attorney to join its growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity for a California-barred attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment and wants to work on complex, high-value real estate transactions. Key Responsibilities Structure, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial real estate transactions Handle acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financing deals Draft and review purchase and sale agreements, operating agreements, loan documents, and leasing agreements Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review Advise clients on deal structuring, risk assessment, and legal strategy Collaborate with clients, lenders, and internal teams to efficiently close transactions Manage multiple deals simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment Qualifications Active membership in the California Bar (required) 6+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions Strong experience with acquisitions, dispositions, and financing work Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between [$200,000 – $250,000 annually].
