Senior Bookkeeper

To provide exceptional bookkeeping services and client support, the part-time hourly Senior Bookkeeper will manage day-to-day bookkeeping functions for small business clients, including processing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, conducting monthly reconciliations, and liaising with tax preparers to ensure compliance. Key responsibilities Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including payroll processing and tax filing reviews Perform monthly reconciliations of bank, credit card, and loan accounts while preparing client reports Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for client-specific bookkeeping processes Required qualifications 3 - 5 years of experience in professional accounting services, particularly with QuickBooks Online Strong ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines effectively Proficiency in Google Calendar, G Suite, and Zoom; experience with TeamWork is a plus Demonstrated ability to solve complex financial or accounting problems Self-starter with a high level of professionalism and organizational skills
