Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather in-depth information about clients' mental health concerns, including previous trauma, current stressors, and existing support systems.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a well-rounded and coordinated approach to client care.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments to address urgent mental health needs, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
