Webster Dental is celebrating 50 years of smiles this July, and we’re looking for a Billing Coordinator to join our amazing team as we continue growing!
If you love keeping things organized, working with numbers, and being part of a fun, supportive dental family—this might be your perfect fit.
Now Hiring: Billing CoordinatorWhat you’ll do:
- Create and send patient invoices with accuracy and care
- Keep billing records organized and up-to-date
- Work with our team to ensure smooth, stress-free billing processes
- Help patients understand their statements (with a smile!)
- Follow up on accounts and keep everything running smoothly
What we’re looking for:
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable with computers (Excel + billing systems a plus!)
- Great communication skills friendly and professional
- Experience in billing, dental/medical office, or accounting preferred
