Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and provide clinical interventions to a caseload of low acuity adult clients.

• Utilize our all-in-one telehealth platform to communicate with clients through video calls, audio messages, and written communications like journals and goal-setting tools.

• Tailor treatment plans based on individual client needs and utilize your clinical judgment to implement effective strategies for their improvement.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults who present with low acuity mental health issues, such as mild to moderate anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Child patients or those with severe mental health conditions will not be part of your caseload, allowing you to focus on providing targeted and effective care to the appropriate demographic.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and valid LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker) license in the state of Massachusetts, free of disciplinary actions.

• A reliable Internet connection and the capability to adeptly use a computer (PC or laptop; tablets are not permitted) to facilitate telehealth services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and hours worked. We also provide a substantial sign-on bonus, weekly direct deposits, and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors to support your well-being while you care for others.
