Senior Product Manager - Heat Rejection Solutions

MAS HVAC creates custom-engineered thermal management solutions for customers operating in demanding and mission-critical environments. As data center requirements continue to evolve, MAS HVAC is expanding its heat rejection portfolio across critical infrastructure applications. This role will help define and grow that business.We are seeking a Senior Product Manager – Heat Rejection Solutions to own product strategy and execution for heat rejection solutions supporting data centers and other mission-critical environments, with emphasis on chillers, dry coolers, adiabatic coolers, fluid coolers, and related heat rejection systems.This role reports directly to the Director of Product Management and is intended for a senior Product Manager who can lead the PM function across a complex portfolio of highly engineered heat rejection systems. A background in a hardware or manufacturing environment and experience in mission-critical environments preferred.Position SummaryThe Senior Product Manager – Heat Rejection Solutions is responsible for defining and executing product strategy across MAS HVAC’s heat rejection portfolio. This role will lead roadmap development, guide new product development, and ensure alignment between data center customer needs, engineering execution, and business objectives.The Senior PM will act as the primary owner of heat rejection products, including chillers, dry coolers, adiabatic coolers, fluid coolers, and related heat rejection systems, partnering closely with engineering, sales, operations, and leadership to drive portfolio growth and lifecycle performance.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn product strategy and roadmap for MAS HVAC’s heat rejection solutions portfolio, including chillers, dry coolers, adiabatic coolers, fluid coolers, and related systemsLead market analysis focused on data center and mission-critical heat rejection requirementsTranslate customer, consultant, contractor, and end-user needs into clear product requirements and specificationsGuide new product development from concept through launch, including performance targets, cost, manufacturability, and scalabilityPartner with engineering to prioritize development efforts and manage technical and commercial tradeoffs across standard and configurable productsSupport sales and applications teams with product positioning, competitive differentiation, and customer-facing technical value propositionsMonitor product performance, margins, and adoption across target markets and recommend lifecycle actions as neededServe as the internal product owner for heat rejection solutions, including customer engagement, portfolio planning, and cross-functional alignmentQualifications3-5 years of Product Management experience in a hardware, industrial, or manufacturing environmentDemonstrated experience owning complex, engineered products end-to-endStrong understanding of product strategy, portfolio management, and lifecycle executionExperience working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, operations, and applications teamsAbility to quickly learn and apply new technical domains, including heat rejection systems and mission-critical applicationsStrong communication, prioritization, and decision-making skillsPreferred QualificationsBachelor of Science in Mechanical EngineeringExperience with data center cooling, heat rejection systems, chillers, or mission-critical HVAC systemsExposure to chillers, dry coolers, adiabatic coolers, fluid coolers, or heat rejection applicationsBackground supporting engineered-to-order or configurable product platformsExperience working with hyperscale, colocation, enterprise data center, or other mission-critical customersSpanish-speaking ability preferredBenefits:Medical, vision, and dental plansShort-term and long-term disability insuranceGroup term life insurance coverageHSA plan availablePaid holidays and generous PTO policy401k matchingCompany paid eventsAnnual safety shoe allowanceEducation assistance programEEO Statement:MAS HVAC is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where all individuals are treated with respect and dignity.
