Foreclosure Real Estate Specialist - Leads Provided, Training & Mentorship Available

We’re looking for motivated real estate professionals who want to learn the foreclosure and distressed property market. You’ll have the opportunity to develop specialized knowledge while working with buyers, sellers, and investors involved in foreclosure and bank-owned properties.

Quality leads are provided , giving you active opportunities to work while you develop your skills in this niche. You’ll also receive specialized training on the foreclosure process, ongoing mentorship, and proven systems to help you manage opportunities and confidently work with clients.

Marketing and operational support are already in place, allowing you to spend more time developing relationships, following up with leads, and moving transactions forward.

Previous foreclosure experience is not expected. We’re looking for someone who is motivated, coachable, comfortable working with clients, and interested in developing expertise in a specialized area of real estate.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $180,000+

This is a commission-based opportunity , with earnings based on individual activity, production, and results.

In-office presence is not required. Remote agents are welcome to apply.

Compensation:

$120,500 - $210,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through the foreclosure process, ensuring they understand each step and feel supported.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors in the foreclosure market.

• Utilize provided leads to identify and pursue new business opportunities actively.

• Collaborate with our team to refine and implement effective marketing strategies for distressed properties.

• Stay informed about market trends and changes in foreclosure laws to provide accurate advice to clients.

• Negotiate offers and contracts with professionalism, always aiming for the best outcomes for clients.

• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs to continuously enhance your expertise in the foreclosure niche.

Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate sales or a related field, with a passion for learning about foreclosures.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel supported throughout the foreclosure process.
• Proven track record of effectively utilizing leads to generate new business opportunities.
• Strong negotiation skills, with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for clients.
• Ability to stay informed about market trends and foreclosure laws, providing accurate advice to clients.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively, with a willingness to participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly convey information to clients and team members.
