Branch Manager II

The Branch Manager controls driving the overall performance and operations for a large size branch. The position is responsible for ensuring the branch operates in a manner consistent with current processes and policies and that it meets or exceeds 5-Star criteria along with its planned profitability, sales, and customer service levels. The Branch Manager interacts with all levels of staff and is responsible for maintaining an engaged, safe, and positive work environment by managing and mentoring staff. The Branch Manager is responsible for maintaining high personal visibility to develop strong partnerships with the sales team and other departments as well as developing and maintaining customer relationships.
