Job Opportunity: Family Medicine Physician

We are looking for a full-time, board eligible or board certified Family Medicine physician to become a vital member of our vibrant primary care team in Kennewick, Washington. This role offers a chance to engage in clinic operations, mentor medical students and family medicine residents, and contribute to the growth of our clinic.

• Participate in clinic operations and patient care.
• Precept medical students and family medicine residents.
• Build and manage your own patient panel.
• Collaborate with a supportive team of healthcare professionals.

• Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care.

• Monday to Friday schedule.
• Outpatient care only.

The annual compensation ranges from $296,169 to $347,122 , which may include incentives based on productivity, quality, or service, as well as additional pay for extra shifts or on-call duties. Continuing Medical Education (CME) benefits may also be available.
