The Role \n

We’re looking for an ambitious Senior Affiliate Manager to join RevWise as we continue to grow our presence in the US.

\n

\n

This is an opportunity for someone with strong affiliate experience who is ready for greater ownership and responsibility. You’ll take a leading role across a portfolio of US clients, developing strong relationships, shaping affiliate strategy and working closely with the wider RevWise team to deliver exceptional results.

\n

\n

You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on programme management, using data, industry knowledge and strong publisher relationships to identify opportunities and drive client growth. You’ll be confident in communicating directly with clients, presenting recommendations and taking ownership of delivering against their KPIs and commercial objectives.

As one of the key members of our growing US operation, you’ll also have the opportunity to help shape how RevWise develops in the market. We’re looking for someone with the ambition and potential to grow with us as the US business scales.

Core Duties & Responsibilities \n

Client Management & Performance \n

\n

• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and take ownership of day-to-day client communication.
\n
• Ensure client KPIs and commercial objectives are being met, proactively identifying opportunities and potential performance risks.
\n
• Lead client reporting, strategic reviews, forecasting and key performance conversations.
\n

\n

Strategy & Programme Growth \n

\n

\n
• Develop and execute affiliate strategies that deliver sustainable programme growth.
\n
• Use performance data, market insight and industry knowledge to provide proactive recommendations to clients.
\n
• Manage programme budgets effectively, ensuring activity is commercially sound and focused on maximising ROI.
\n
• Take ownership of agreed strategies, working with the wider RevWise team to ensure plans are executed effectively.
\n

\n

Publisher & Partner Development \n

\n
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key US publishers, networks and technology partners.
\n
• Maintain an active publisher recruitment pipeline across your accounts, continually identifying new partnership opportunities.
\n
• Negotiate commercial opportunities with publishers and explore new partnership models that can improve client performance.
\n

Team & Industry Contribution \n

• Work collaboratively with Account Managers and Account Executives, providing guidance and sharing knowledge across the team.
\n
• Contribute to the development of best practices, training and knowledge sharing across RevWise.
\n
• Maintain a strong understanding of the US affiliate landscape and represent RevWise at relevant industry and client events.
\n

New Business & Commercial Development \n

\n

\n
• Support new business through programme audits, forecasting, strategic recommendations and pitches.
\n
• Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships through additional services and market expansion.
\n
• Contribute to case studies, awards and wider initiatives that strengthen RevWise’s position within the US affiliate market.
\n

What We're Looking For \n

\n

We’re looking for someone who has already built a strong foundation in affiliate marketing and is ready to take the next step in their career.

\n

\n

You may currently be a Senior Affiliate Manager or equivalent within an affiliate agency, network or advertiser. More important than your current title is your ability to think strategically, build excellent relationships and take genuine ownership of client performance.

\n

\n

We’re particularly interested in people who demonstrate:

• Strong experience within affiliate or performance marketing, ideally within the US market.
\n
• A strong understanding of the US affiliate ecosystem, including publishers, networks, platforms and technology partners.
\n
• Experience managing affiliate programmes and developing strategies for established brands.
\n
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder-management skills.
\n
• Strong commercial awareness and experience working with programme budgets and forecasts.
\n
• Established publisher relationships and confidence negotiating directly with partners.
\n
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn performance data into clear recommendations and actions.
\n
• Confidence presenting ideas and strategic recommendations to clients.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• A proactive, ambitious and solutions-focused approach.
\n
• The ability to manage multiple clients, priorities and deadlines effectively.
\n
• A genuine desire to develop into a broader leadership role as RevWise’s US business grows.

You’ll build strong relationships across the US affiliate ecosystem, contribute ideas and expertise to the wider RevWise team and become an important part of our growing presence in the US.
