Key Responsibilities: Coordinate business development and marketing projects from planning through completion Help organize client events, webinars, sponsorships, dinners, and receptions Prepare customized pitches, presentations, and RFP responses Coordinate Chambers, Legal 500, Law360, and other award submissions Conduct research on prospective clients, industries, competitors, and market trends Maintain attorney biographies, practice descriptions, experience lists, and marketing materials Draft internal and external communications, newsletters, announcements, and social media content Build strong working relationships with attorneys and serve as a reliable business development resource Maintain referral, mailing list, experience, and business development data Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in marketing, business development, communications, or professional services Law firm experience preferred Strong writing, communication, and project management skills Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with legal directories, rankings, pitches, proposals, or events is a plus Why Consider This Opportunity?
