Program Manager

The Program Manager will assist in planning, executing, and tracking outcomes and deliverables as part of developing and maintaining a portfolio of community-engaged, health disparity research programs. Essential Functions (Duties and Responsibilities) Oversee and assist with implementation of day-to-day project and budget management for community-engaged, health disparity research programs, including in collaboration with other academic institutions and community-based organizations and stakeholders. Develop and maintain systems for tracking multiple community-engaged, health disparity research program deadlines, activities, and outcomes. Develop and coordinate progress reports and presentations as required by research program sponsors or in communicating programmatic outcomes to diverse stakeholder audiences. Plan and provide logistical support for research and community stakeholder meetings. Assist with development and coordination of research grant proposals and budgets. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required Strong system development skills, including high proficiency with software programs. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with the full suite of Microsoft office products. Strong oral and written communication skills. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Preferred Completed master's degree in a public health, community health, or related scientific field. Prior community engagement and/or community-engaged research experience. Prior program or project management experience. Education and Experience Required Master's degree required.
