We take a modern ABA approach using naturalistic teaching, person-centered care, and neurodiversity-affirming practices. The mid-level supervisor role is designed for master's students and recent graduates on the path to BCBA certification. You'll carry real clinical responsibility while building the supervised hours and hands-on experience that prepare you for the exam and for independent practice.What the role involvesCaregiver training and behavioral skills trainingTreatment planning, modifications, and skills assessmentsPreference assessments and behavior analytic report writingSupervising a caseload of BTs and RBTsCollaborating with BCBAs across varied settings — telehealth, home, community, school, clinic, and social skills groupsUnrestricted hours are paid and go towards your supervised fieldworkWho we're looking forCurrent master's student or recent graduate in ABA or a closely related field (preferred)Candidates with a bachelor's degree plus 2 years of related RBT experience will be consideredBCaBAs are also encouraged to applyValid CA driver's license and reliable transportationCleared TB test and background screeningUp-to-date immunizationsCompletion of CA LiveScan and background checkGenerally available Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–6:30 PM (master's coursework accommodated with verification)You're the right fit if you're self-directed, communicate with professionalism, and approach clinical work with genuine curiosity.
