National Sales Director — Women's Contemporary Wholesale Alluvial Apparel Company | Atlanta, GA Alluvial Apparel Company is hiring an experienced National Sales Director to lead wholesale growth across our portfolio of women's contemporary brands. This is not an entry-level or developmental role. We're looking for someone who walks in with an established network across the women's contemporary market and can generate meaningful opportunities immediately. The right candidate will have: 8–12+ years of wholesale sales experience in women's contemporary fashion A proven track record growing brands nationally and materially increasing wholesale revenue Established, current relationships with major department stores, e-commerce retailers, and specialty accounts Direct experience selling to and/or opening accounts such as Bloomingdale's, Saks Fifth Avenue, Shopbop, Rent the Runway, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, and Anthropologie Deep relationships with leading independent specialty boutiques nationwide Experience managing accounts end-to-end from initial appointment through assortment strategy, order placement, reorders, and long-term growth Strong command of the contemporary market: competitive landscape, pricing architecture, and retail calendars Experience leading internal sales teams and/or independent regional reps A track record of measurable results, must be ready to speak to specific accounts opened, revenue generated, and brands grown Atlanta-based strongly preferred but not required; travel to major markets and key accounts will be required. Competitive base salary commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonus and commission.
